What is Pre-Order?

Pre-order means selling products before they are produced. Pre-order products are currently out of stock and cannot be shipped immediately. They will be shipped once production is completed.

Why Pre-Order?

Pre-order allows our customers to order new arrivals as soon as they become available and receive them promptly after production is completed.

How long will it take for Pre-Order products to be shipped?

The delivery time for pre-order products depends on their craftsmanship and style. Different styles and craftsmanship have different production cycles. Usually, they can be shipped within 10 to 30 working days.

Below are some common types of products with longer production cycles and their corresponding delivery times:
